A specialist online bioscience publisher based in London. We focus on the cutting edge of biomedical R&D and are passionate about delivering high-value content in innovative digital formats. We work with global technology clients and have a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Digital Event Coordinator to join our Client Success team on a full-time basis. This role sits at the heart of our client-facing operations and is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of webinars, virtual events, and associated client campaigns.
You will play a critical role in delivering high-profile events that connect global life science innovators with their audiences, directly contributing to client satisfaction, repeat business, and the companies reputation for excellence. The position combines event operations, client support, and campaign coordination, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Given the pace and continued growth of the business, this role offers clear opportunities for development and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Webinar Operations
- Coordinate the operational delivery of our industry leading webinar and virtual events program, supported by established systems, processes, and a collaborative Client Success team
- Build and quality-check webinars within our events/webinar platform and the website
- Ensure all event assets (e.g speaker bios, headshots, artwork, logos) are obtained on time and meet quality standards, working with internal teams to deliver
- Send broadcast invitations and joining instructions to speakers and internal stakeholders
- Schedule and manage speaker preparation sessions and presentation recordings
- Act as technical support during live webinars, including speaker support and real-time troubleshooting
Reporting & Data Management
- Quality-check webinar and campaign reporting, including registration, attendance, and engagement metrics
- Support the accurate and timely delivery of client reports
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, and documentation
Systems & Process Management
- Use project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) to track events, timelines, and campaign delivery
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience through better use of systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- 18 months+ experience in a B2B environment in an events, operations, client success, sales administration or project management role
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with digital platforms such as webinar systems, CRMs, email tools, and project management software
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong customer-service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What We Offer
- A supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team environment where initiative is encouraged and success is shared
- Clear opportunities for progression into senior event, client success or broader operational roles as the business grows
- Hands-on experience delivering high-profile B2B webinars and virtual events in the life sciences sector
- Hybrid working model with a Central London office location
- 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 with tenure)
- Regular team socials and company events
If you are highly organised, enjoy taking ownership of event delivery, and thrive in a client-focused, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
