Role Description

This is a temporary job, on-site role located in Maidstone. But could lead to more job opportunities for this specific event.
As an Event Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing guest check-ins, and providing excellent customer service during events. Your role will include assisting with event set-up and take-down, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly, liaising with vendors, and responding promptly to guest inquiries or concerns. You may also support food and beverage service and contribute to promoting sales activities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with guests and addressing inquiries
• Experience in Food & Beverage service and event-related tasks
• Ability to effectively support Sales and promotional activities during events
• Prior experience or Training in event hosting or hospitality is a plus
• Organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
