Our client are a fast-growing international B2B events organisation delivering large-scale conferences and exhibitions across the technology sector. Due to continued growth, they are hiring an experienced Senior Event Operations Coordinator to lead the operational delivery of high-profile expo-led events.

The Role:

You’ll manage end-to-end event logistics, from planning and supplier coordination to sponsor liaison and live event delivery. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring precision, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead logistics for conferences and exhibitions (expo format essential)

* Manage suppliers, contracts, and budgets

* Oversee sponsor fulfilment and stakeholder communication

* Create event timelines, floorplans, and operational schedules

* Deliver on-site event management (including travel)

About You

* 3+ years’ experience in event operations or conference/exhibition delivery

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver

* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
