We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Event Operations Supervisor to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Event Operations Supervisoryou will:
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
Work between our Room Service and Event operations department,
Anticipate our guest's needs and providing exceptional service to enhance their stay
