About the Venue Rhubarb are proud to be partnering with Frameless a game-changing visitor attraction Londons first permanent digital immersive arts and culture experience. On top of the main experience, Frameless features dedicated events spaces and exclusive hire opportunities, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches and filming. Rhubarb manage all events and Hospitality at the venue. Salary - up to £40,000 dependent on experience The Role We are looking to recruit an exceptional Planner to lead everything F&B. Working closely with our partners the venue and Rhubarbs legendary events team, youll bring incredible F&B experiences to life. The role will involve client account management, responding to F&B requests, managing bookings, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with Rhubarb, staffing, conducting show arounds, overseeing menu tastings, attending briefings, and being a general ambassador for Rhubarb at Frameless.

The Person A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must. Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the London Events market are essential. This is an exciting, dynamic role within a fast-paced environment.
