The Position:

As an Event Producer you are responsible for leading projects with excitement to deliver on all client briefs, that not only go beyond expectations but to build on those client, supplier and vendor relationships.


Collaboration is key, working with all teams to ensure seamless delivery from start to finish on each project, from client brief to having that ‘wow’ factor on the day.


Managing multiple projects at one time, calmly and effectively, take creative lead and propose new ideas. Ability to problem solve on site and adapt.


Empowering and mentoring your team with passion, support, and a commitment to growth.


About you:

  • Event agency experience, knowledge in delivering multiple events/projects from different client briefs.
  • Passionate and highly organised individual who loves to have creative freedom!
  • Experience in mentoring/managing junior executives.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end management mainly across conferences.
  • Knowledge in all aspects of events from initial enquiries, on site delivery and AV.
  • Collaborative team player, fun and energetic!
