The Role

As an Events Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships and event delivery, balancing creativity with strong organisational skills. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from concept to execution, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement – Be the trusted point of contact, building lasting client partnerships.
• Strategic Planning – Develop event and communication strategies that align with client objectives.
• Project Management – Oversee budgets, timelines, suppliers, and resources.
• Team Leadership – Guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Creativity & Innovation – Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Reporting & Results – Track performance and share insights for continuous improvement.

About You:

• 2+ years’ agency experience in events and communications.
• Strong track record in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communicator with proven client management skills.
• Confident leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
• Proficient in project management tools/software.
