Due to their on-going success, they have established a long-standing client base with various corporates, charities and private clients and are now looking to expand the team in order to ensure they can continue to successfully deliver outstanding events for their clients!
THE ROLE
They are now looking for an Event Production Manager to come on board and lead technical production across corporate projects ranging from dinners to awards and conferences and the occasional lavish party and incentive. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Translating creative briefs into technical solutions
- Developing detailed production budgets
- Performing site visits and technical assessments of venues
- End to end management of production solutions including AV, staging and lighting
- Managing freelancers onsite
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients
- Working closely with in house creative teams
- Ensuring all H&S measures are in place
- Continually refine production processes
- Oversee production onsite
THE CANDIDATE
The Event Production Manager must come with a solid and proven background of managing and developing on a range of corporate events. You will have strong knowledge of AV and technical solutions across corporate events. Candidates must be able to travel onsite when required to oversee delivery.
