Location: Salisbury (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Whether you’re an experienced Account Manager or a commercially driven professional ready to take the next step, this is your chance to join a fast-growing event technology business making waves in the live events and exhibitions space.
This is a hybrid role blending account management with proactive business development—ideal for someone who can nurture existing clients and spot new opportunities before they land in your inbox.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across the events ecosystem
- Acting as the primary point of contact—building trust and delivering value
- Identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Proactively sourcing and developing new business leads across target sectors
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, delivery, and sales) to drive results
- Using CRM tools to track activity and contribute to ongoing growth strategy
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales
- A confident, proactive communicator—comfortable with outbound outreach
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for growing client relationships
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with great multitasking ability
- Ideally from the events, SaaS, tech, or creative industries
- Comfortable selling into marketing teams, event agencies, and corporates associations
