Trek Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client for an Events Coordinator to join a forward-thinking secondary education recruitment team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact recruitment events to attract top UK talent at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will help lead the planning, coordination, and execution of flagship events – including open days, applicant days, school/college visits, external fairs, and virtual sessions like webinars and live presentations. The emphasis is on creating engaging, targeted experiences that connect with people.
THE ROLE Plan and manage all aspects of recruitment events (on-site and virtual), from initial concept through to post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align schedules, secure venues, manage logistics (internal staff, equipment, staffing), and handle budgets. Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote events effectively, track registrations, capture data/leads, and analyse feedback for ongoing improvements.
