14 event spaces, covering

conferences, weddings, private dining, and large-scale events. You will ensure flawless execution, creativity, and operational excellence whi

the highest Hyatt brand standards.

This role will work in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Key Responsibilities of the Events Head Chef Oversee planning and execution of alleventfood production, ensuring consistency,qualityandtimelydelivery across multiple concurrent events. Lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade, creating clear structure,accountabilityand strong service leadership during peak operations. Collaborate closely with Events and F&B teams to translate event briefs into commerciallyviable, creative menus. Drive food cost control,labourefficiency,and waste management in line with budgeted KPIs. Maintain exceptional food safety,hygieneand brand standards across all event production areas. Monitor guest feedback and operational performance, implementing improvements that enhance both experience and profitability. About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within high-volume

events

or large hotel operations. A structured, hands-on leader with strong operational control, able to manage multiple events simultaneously while

maintaining

exceptional culinary standards in a fast-paced environment. Benefits of
