The Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive and personable Client & Events Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a semi-hybrid role, with part of the week based at our unit and flexibility to work remotely.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client communication and has strong administrative and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Responding to and following up on new client enquiries promptly
• Preparing tailored menus and detailed quotes for clients
• Liaising with the kitchen team regarding menu changes, dietary requirements and client queries
• Coordinating with the accounts team to confirm receipt of payments
• Ordering equipment and hire items for client events
• Following up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
About You
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (word, excel)
- Previous experience using Xero - the accounting software - useful
• Confident liaising with both clients and internal teams
• Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in catering, hospitality or event coordination is desirable
