From high‑profile corporate conferences to luxury weddings and private celebrations, you will manage the events diary, respond to enquiries, and convert business in line with pricing strategies and commercial targets. This is a fast‑paced, multi‑project role requiring exceptional organisation, strong communication skills and a proven background in hospitality sales. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including chefs, operations, and front and back of house to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage and convert event enquiries across corporate, leisure and social segments Maximise revenue through strategic diary management and pricing adherence Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure operational excellence Oversee multiple events simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency Provide timely reporting and maintain high standards of administration Represent the venue with professionalism and confidence at all times Ideal Candidate Proven experience in hospitality or hotel sales, ideally within events Experience using Delphi is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building abilities Commercially minded with a focus on conversion and revenue growth Reliable, efficient and proactive in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Delphi is advantageous Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
