Evolve are looking for Events Team Leaders to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate and keen to deliver great customer service in various locations in and around Birmingham.
What Evolve can offer you: Pay from £13.21ph Holiday pay is accumulated on top of your hourly rate. The more you work, the more holiday you accrue, and you can take it whenever you wish. Working from different locations in and around Birmingham - Working at different Sporting Events in The Midlands and across the UK Monday- Sunday - Flexible hours Paid 4 weekly Part time and temporary work Plenty of hours available A great referral scheme
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous Team Leader experience is essential Proven record of managing individuals and teams Ability to perform well under pressure Good organisational skills Ability to train staff Confidence to brief staff and recognise training needs Able to organise more than one operational area at a time SKILLS & ABILITIES Good customer service skills, technical skills and attention to detail Able to work on your own initiative and motivate others Ability to problem solve Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to train staff Wine and bar service skills Work in an organised manner To work as an effective team member under pressure and to deadlines Up to date skills knowledge Able to promote food and drinks as required
