Justteachers is seeking an Exam invigilator, who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Nelson area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence in April 2026, with shortlisting currently underway.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up exam rooms following school and JCQ rules

* Hand out papers and materials correctly

* Supervise pupils during exams

* Make sure exam rules are followed at all times

* Record attendance and complete basic paperwork

* Collect exam papers safely and return them to staff

* Report any concerns or irregularities

* Help organise seating and room layouts

* Support pupils entering the room calmly and quietly

Requirements:

* Experience working in a UK secondary school environment

* Understanding of JCQ exam regulations

* Confident supervising pupils in a quiet exam setting

* Able to follow procedures and complete basic paperwork
