As an Exam Invigilator, you will help ensure that exams are conducted fairly, safely, and in accordance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Exam Invigilator

• Supervise students during exams to ensure rules and regulations are followed
• Distribute and collect exam papers and materials efficiently
• Maintain a calm, quiet, and controlled exam environment
• Assist candidates with queries in line with exam guidelines
• Report any irregularities or issues to the lead invigilator or exams officer

Requirements for the Exam Invigilator

• Previous invigilation or school, college or educational based experience is advantageous (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant for extended periods
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
• Enhanced DBS check for Children and Adults registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to starting
