The Executive Assistant  is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the UK leadership team. This role includes organising travel, supporting the creation of PowerPoint materials, minute-taking at Executive meetings, and managing the three offices in the Acton campus. The role is crucial in ensuring the offices are safe, efficient, and comfortable work environments. Key Accountabilities • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the UK leadership team. • Organise travel arrangements for team members, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel plans. • Assist in the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials as needed. • Take and distribute minutes at Executive meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Manage the daily operations of the three offices in the Acton campus. • Co-ordinate with cleaning and maintenance contractors to ensure high standards of office upkeep. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all office spaces. • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, maintaining cost efficiency. • Facilitate office moves, renovations, and space planning as needed. • Provide general support to office staff to enhance productivity and morale.
