We are partnering with a leading private equity firm to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy deal team focused on the Benelux region. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy deal team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the Benelux region.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for meetings, presentations, and deal-related activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow within the team and across departments.


Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience supporting a deal team or similar high-pressure environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Language skills are preferred - particularly German, Dutch, or French.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
  • Immediately available and happy to start on a temporary basis with a view to securing a permanent role.
