The role:
\n\n- \n\t
- Complex diary and logistics, meetings and travel arrangements. \n\t
- Updating database with all relevant client info/details and generating reports. \n\t
- Able to work with and handle highly confidential information. \n\t
- Attention to detail to ensure all documentation is delivered to a high standard. \n\t
- Preparing documents, proof reading and formatting, client pitches, presentations and letters. \n\t
- Awareness of projects and key clients and keeping on top of deliverables. \n\t
- Understand specifics of each client. \n\t
- Preparing and submitting expenses and client billings. \n\t
- Seeing projects through from start to finish. \n\t
- General support to the team when required. \n

- Advanced MS Office and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. \n\t
- Experience of working in a corporate organisation. \n
