This role is best suited to an EA who thrives in a fast-paced setting, works as a true enabler and extension of their Chief Executive, enjoys working at a senior level, and is confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. There is so much opportunity to this role to include managing a small team of EAs, as such an EA with excellent emotional intelligence is essential. Due to the immediate need this is a temp to perm hire.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary and inbox management for the Chief Executive
  • Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
  • Organising complex international travel arrangements
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the planning and logistics of global events
  • Preparing and collating documents, briefings, and presentations
  • Managing contracts and administrative processes
  • Processing expenses and invoices efficiently
  • Providing broader operational and project support as the role evolves
  • Preparing and taking ownership of the Board
