Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role: As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate the CEO's schedule, arrange travel, and ensure timely communication✈️
Meeting Coordination: organise logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings and refreshments☕
Documentation Support: draught, proofread, and format reports and presentations to a professional standard
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion
Project Support: Assist with various organisational projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met ️
Personal lifestyle support

What We're Looking For: We need an organised, proactive professional who has:

Experience: 5+ years of C-suite support experience, including complex diary and travel management
Skills: Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
Education: An undergraduate degree or higher qualification in Business Administration or related field
Attributes: A commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and a positive, collaborative spirit
