A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a family office and charity as EA to the CEO/ Founder. This is a high level EA position that will be supporting a UHNWI principal and other team members. Due to the nature of the role, there is enormous room for personal progression and to take on any projects that need leading. This role will suit someone who has experience working in a fluid, unstructured environment who is able to hit the ground running.


Duties:

  • Complex and international diary management to CEO
  • Booking of international travel and creating complex itineraries that include; ground transportation, accommodation, meetings and delegate entertainment
  • Managing the office and additional properties
  • Creating structure and processes for business
  • Minute taking, creating supporting meeting documentation and drawing up correspondence
  • Formatting and proof reading company documents
  • Circulating a weekly update to staff


Required

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing needs
  • Exceptional written communication and proofreading skills
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events of varying scale
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of organisation
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, purpose-led environment
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, and a hands-on, flexible approach to working style with a ‘no job is too big or too small’ mentality
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • An affinity for company's mission, values, and way of working
  • Ideal, but not essential: Full UK driving licence and confident driving in London (a company vehicle is available for those 25+)
  • Ideal, but not essential: Comfort working in a household with cats


Dress: Casual

Start Date: Ideally at the end of January/start of February to allow for a comprehensive handover.
