Robert Half is partnering with a leading insurance company to hire an Executive Assistant that comes a legal sector background in central London.

We're searching for a sharp, proactive, detail-obsessed EA who’s ready to support senior leaders across the UK, US, and Middle East and help keep a high-performing team running like a Swiss watch.

This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll be juggling diaries, elevating internal operations, mentoring junior colleagues, supporting events, dabbling in marketing + compliance tasks, and playing a critical role in a business that thrives on pace, precision, and personality.


Responsibilities:


  • Keeping the management team on track with expert diary management, travel coordination and documentation mastery.
  • Owning and updating the company’s Salesforce platform like a CRM wizard.
  • Handling expenses + finance reporting support (we love someone organised with numbers!).
  • Acting as a mentor to junior admin assistants, supporting their development and sharing your wisdom.
  • Keeping the office running smoothly — from supplies to onboarding new joiners.
  • Teaming up with Operations, Compliance, and Marketing on projects, events, reporting, and internal initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Solid experience in a similar role and has worked as a legal secretary or in the legal sector as an assistant.
  • Microsoft 365 mastery: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint.
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving instinct, and an eye for detail that would impress Sherlock Holmes.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
