The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the C-Suite & Office Manager to support senior leadership and oversee day-to-day operations in the company’s London office.

You will be a key point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external partners, helping ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination across a fast-growing, international environment.

This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in dynamic settings and who feels inspired by the company’s mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the C-Suite, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Act as the main administrative point for the London office, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Liaise with global teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
  • Support internal communications, documentation, and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Contribute to a positive, mission-driven office culture


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager in an international or fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Ideally, in a combination with Finnish, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Polish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in Europe's tech, innovation, and defense sectors is highly valued
