Executive Assistant Location: East Kent Salary: Competitive plus benefits
A well-established East Kent organisation is looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Board Leadership Team managing key administrative and operational tasks while enhancing organisational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors' office Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements Deliver high-quality board presentations and reports Manage complex event programmes, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Providing project management support Manage financial administration processes, including invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance Coordinate board and senior leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and new starter experience Build strong relationships with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders to support effective communication and collaborationEssential Requirements:
Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments Experience working within fast-paced, corporate environments with complex structures Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, for reporting and communication Resilient and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a solutions-focused mindset Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Strong communication skills combined with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism when handling sensitive information Proven ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines in high-pressure environments Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to generate insights to support decision-making Benefits:
