Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administration Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, analyzing data to advise business decisions, and ensuring efficient operations within the department. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes. Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
  • Maintain and organize meaningful documents, records, and files both electronically and in physical formats.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental projects. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Ensure effective dissemination of information across the team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.


What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or analyst role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven track record to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
