Central London | Permanent | Financial Services
£55,000–£60,000 DOE plus large bonus and benefits
4 days in office 1 day wfh | 9:00–5:30

RMS Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and fast-growing investment firm based in Central London to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant.
This is a role for an EA who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, collaborative environment and someone who thrives on pace, takes pride in impeccable organisation, and enjoys building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
You’ll support a close-knit team with core EA responsibilities, while also getting involved in interesting ad-hoc projects that keep the role varied and intellectually engaging. The business values strong EAs and sees them as integral to its success and not just administrative support.
The role:
You’ll act as a true right hand to the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
- Organising, scheduling and minuting meetings
- Liaising closely with other EAs to ensure seamless coverage and collaboration
- Providing administrative support to the wider team when required
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Supporting on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as they arise
About you:
This role would suit an EA who is polished, proactive and calm under pressure, with a genuine enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience within financial services or a similarly demanding professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational ability
- A positive, can-do mindset and a collaborative approach
- The confidence to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities seamlessly
