Company Overview

You will be joining a leading Data Centre business as their Executive Assistant on an initial temporary basis (with potential to go permanent afterwards). You will be supporting the CEO and two senior members of the Executive Committee in order to enable effective leadership decision-making and ensure the seamless coordination of strategic priorities. Based in their modern Central London office 3-4 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 1-2 days.


Role Responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for executive communications and documentation, executive coordination and prioritisation, meeting and governance management, stakeholder interface and relationship management, operational/administrative/office management oversight, event management and coordination and support for strategic projects and initiatives.


Role Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to be immediately available to start or able to start at short notice. You will need at least 5 years of experience providing direct support to C-Suite or Senior Executives in a fast-paced, challenging and complex organisation. You will have a demonstrated knowledge of executive office operations, corporate governance processes and cross-functional coordination. You will have experience producing executive-level communications, reports and presentations, and have direct experience with office management responsibilities including the coordination of supplies, facilities interfaces or workplace operations functions. You will be confident organising company-wide events, leadership off-sites and executive-level internal gatherings. You will be an approachable, mature, personable and driven individual with an outstanding work ethic.

You will receive a competitive day rate/salary (equivalent of £66,000 per annum) + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
