Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Part Time Office Manager for a 12 month role. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
Organising vendor and logistics for monthly London Day team lunches.
Managing budget for lunches and events
Helping prepare presentation decks and organises prizes for winners.
Managing maintenance issues within the office space (e.g. broken doors, repairs,
upgrades).
Liaises with appropriate vendors or internal teams to resolve issues.
External (building-related) issues remain under building management HYLO
Receives and distributes all deliveries to the London office.
Manages any internal deliveries (e.g. flowers, gifts for employees on special occasions).
Coordinates international deliveries, such as swag or gifts for client-facing teams.
Profile:
The successful temporary, Office Manager will have at least 1 years experience working within an Office Manager/PA function and will be available for part time work.
