As a trusted right hand to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. This is a dynamic position requiring strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Hours of work 8.45am-5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45am-4.30pm

Executive PA duties:-
Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Acting as a gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Organising high-level meetings, events, and appointments, taking minutes and producing resulting documentation
Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency
To be successful as the PA you will need:-
Proven experience as an Executive PA or in a similar high-level support role
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
