Responsibliites for the Senior Administrator include:-

  • Manage the diary, appointments, and scheduling
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Liaise with contractors, and external suppliers
  • Assist with planning and coordinating maintenance and projects
  • Monitor and track ongoing work to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support procurement of supplies and services

To be successful as the Senior Administrator you will need:-

  • Previous administration experience, ideally at PA level
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft office.
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
