EXECUTIVE BUSINESS MANAGER Odevo UK £Competitive, aligned to experience Hybrid 3 days in London Office ROLE OVERVIEW This is a rare opportunity to operate at the centre of a fast-scaling, international business. Partnering directly with the UK Group CEO and CFO to shape how Odevo UK runs, makes decisions and delivers. As Executive Business Manager, you will act as a force multiplier at the highest level of the organisation. You will bring clarity, structure and momentum to executive priorities, ensuring ideas turn into action, decisions translate into outcomes, and nothing critical falls through the cracks. This is not a traditional support role. You will own the executives system of work across communications, board activity, executive meetings and cross-functional delivery, operating with high autonomy and judgement. The role is designed as a pathway to Chief of Staff, offering exceptional exposure, influence and long-term development. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will operate as a trusted partner to the CEO and CFO, anticipating needs, making decisions within agreed guardrails, and ensuring their time is focused on the highest value work.
