We're recruiting an Executive Chef for a prestigious, formal multi-site venue covering retail, banqueting, weddings and conferencing in London ! This is a senior, strategic role, ideal for an Executive Chef who enjoys structure, classic food and leading stable teams In London.
The role
Lead retail & event operations.
Drive GP, costs and sales growth.
Develop and retain the senior kitchen team.
Maintain consistency across all outlets.

The offer
£60,000 salary (all-in)
Pension Scheme
5 days out of 7 days per week
