The ability to manage 2 Head Chefs and a large BOH team

Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

Strong events experience

Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
