Executive, Operations or Multi-Site Head Chef

fresh, seasonal cooking, local sourcing and sustainability , offering real creative autonomy and the chance to shape menus, concepts and standards across multiple sites. The role Lead food operations across multiple gastro pub and restaurant sites. Set and maintain culinary standards group-wide. Create and develop seasonal menus for individual venues. Drive GP performance, consistency and operational excellence. Work closely with senior leadership on growth and new concepts. The food Fresh, seasonal and ingredient led. Locally sourced with a sustainability focus. Modern gastro pub menus with individuality per site. Quality-driven, creative and commercially balanced. The offer £65,000+ salary Bonus and paid overtime linked to GP performance Company pension scheme Genuine creative freedom and autonomy Long-term stability within a growing group The Executive Chef Proven experience as an Executive, Operations or Multi-Site Head Chef.
