We’re now seeking an Executive Director of Property to join us. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you’ll provide strategic leadership for Golding’s property services. This includes leadership of Golding’s in-house repairs and maintenance service and responsibility for strategic asset management, building safety and compliance, sustainability and development of new homes. As a member of the Executive Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping Golding’s long-term asset and investment strategy while ensuring our homes continue to meet the needs of our customers. Key responsibilities include:
Lead Golding’s Property directorate to continuously improve the customer offer, operating model and ensure homes remain safe, high quality and sustainable. Provide strategic leadership across asset management, development, compliance and investment in existing homes. Oversee strong performance and delivery of Golding’s in-house repairs and maintenance service, ensuring responsive and high-quality services for customers. Ensure robust building safety and landlord compliance frameworks are embedded across the organisation. Contribute to the collective leadership of the organisation as a member of the Executive Team.
About you: You’ll be an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in property and asset management within housing sector. You’ll bring strategic leadership experience and a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining safe, high-quality homes while planning for future investment and growth. You’ll also demonstrate:
Experience of leading large and complex property or asset management portfolios. Strong understanding of building safety and landlord compliance. Experience of overseeing high performing repairs and maintenance services. Strong strategic and financial awareness.li> The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners.
