The Role: As Executive Head Chef, youll: Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Head Chefs and kitchen leaders across multiple sites
Drive food innovation and seasonal menu development using only fresh, quality ingredients
Maintain exceptional food standards, GP targets, and kitchen operations at scale
Work closely with Ops, HR, and Training to build a consistent and high-performing food culture
Champion sustainability, safety, and people development from the top down
What Were Looking For: Proven experience as an Exec Chef or Group Head Chef within fast-paced, high-volume restaurants
Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing teams
Passion for fresh food, with a hands-on, creative approach to menu innovation
Commercially astute confident with budgets, food cost controls, and supplier relationships
Humble, collaborative, and a natural motivator no ego, just team spirit
