Purpose of the Role
Looking for an experienced Recruiter who works within Financial Services. To deliver world-class executive recruitment services to senior Technology & Operations leadership, ensuring the organisation attracts, engages and hires exceptional executive-level talent.
Accountabilities
Develop and implement executive recruitment strategies aligned to organisational priorities, including identifying potential candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, social platforms, market mapping and referrals.
Build and maintain an executive talent needs assessment to anticipate future hiring requirements and sustain a robust, diverse talent pipeline.
Create compelling job briefs and recruitment marketing materials , manage sourcing and screening activity, conduct executive interviews, provide hiring recommendations and lead offer negotiation.
Oversee onboarding activities for senior hires , including coordination of orientation and transition processes to ensure a seamless integration into the organisation.
Monitor, analyse and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
