We're partnering exclusively with a boutique executive search firm looking to expand from 10 to 13 consultants. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per consultant annually.

This is your chance to receive direct mentorship from directors with 50+ years of combined experience. You'll gain deep sector knowledge and become a trusted advisor to top-tier clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

The Role: Executive Search Consultant

As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Commodities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
• Market Mapping: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals.
• Client Communication: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For: Executive Search Consultant

• A 2:1 or above from a Top 50 University
• A passion for research and market intelligence
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Confident, personable, and great at building relationships
• Ambitious to become an industry expert

• £33,000 base salary
• OTE £45,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped bonus structure)
