Executive Search Consultant/Manager – Facilities Management & Property Services

We are representing a highly regarded international property, tech, finance & consumer executive search agency that focuses largely on mid‑senior leadership roles from £75k‑£250k as well as interim/contract roles from £500‑£1,500 daily.

With over 30 years of excellence in leadership and senior exec recruitment, the agency is looking to strengthen and grow its business.

Due to this growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced senior recruiter/manager with knowledge of the Facilities Management & Property Services market. You will develop this specialism within the wider property team, working with an established client base while also growing new relationships. This is a chance to take real ownership of a market, shape its direction, and become the go‑to recruiter for FM talent, delivering a world‑class end‑to‑end retained search process to clients globally.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related sector.
• Strong business development skills and confidence in building long‑term client relationships.
• Ability to operate across permanent, interim and/or executive search assignments.
• Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by success.
• A team player who wants to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious environment.
