We are currently networking for an Associate Partner or Partner level hire to help support the continued growth of our CFO & Finance Search Practice. We are looking for an experienced consultant, focussed on creating long term relationships in this functional market and delivering a first class service to their clients.


The role will play a key and pivotal role in helping Eton Bridge Partners maintain and build on our reputation of investing in our relationships with clients and candidates alike, becoming a trusted ally for market insight, first class delivery and industry search trends.


About You:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven, fast paced and commercial environment. You’ll bring:


  • Experience in executive search or a related advisory or recruitment field (finance functional specialism beneficial)
  • Strong understanding of senior finance roles and organisational structures
  • Commercial acumen and a proven ability to engage with C-suite and investor-level stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • A driven, curious mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously with pace and precision
