We are hiring ambitious recruitment consultants to join our Leeds office as 360 Executive Search Consultants.

The Role

This is a true 360 position where you will:

• Generate new business from scratch within high-growth markets
• Engage C-suite and senior leaders across life sciences and industrial sectors
• Take detailed executive hiring briefs from innovative enterprises
• Deliver precision-tailored search assignments end-to-end
• Account manage clients to build long-term strategic partnerships
• Build a global network of top 1% talent
