You’ll work pro‑actively, manage your own tasks, and confidently collaborate with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors and BDO’s Partners to serve clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and highlight opportunities to enhance delivery and provide additional services.

Qualifications

  • An in‑depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
  • Building, developing and managing a portfolio of clients including control of billings and cash collection within the firm’s criteria.
  • Act as the key employment tax point of contact for the client, responsible for quality and risk, responding quickly to client requests, keeping clients informed of progress, and maintaining regular contact.
  • An understanding of potential risks to the firm in relation to the firm’s quality control procedures.
  • Experience of managing complex projects.
  • Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
