What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the full 360° recruitment process within the SEND Education sector. Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, academies, local authorities and trusts to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Developing your desk strategically, identifying growth opportunities and driving business development. Supporting educators throughout their journey, ensuring a professional, people-first experience. Collaborating with your team to achieve targets, celebrate wins and drive shared success.

About You

Experienced recruiter with a strong track record in billing and client development. Knowledge of the Education sector (SEND experience highly desirable). Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Full UK driving licence & car (essential for client meetings).

Working Hours

Term Time: Mon–Thu 07:15–17:00 | Fri 07:15–16:00 Non-Term Time: Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00 Hybrid working available once established. Ready to take your recruitment career to the next level?
