We are currently recruiting for an experienced CDP to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders. As Chef de Partie would will be based in Hammersmith, you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person

The ideal CDP will have the following:

- Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
- 2 years experience in a similar kitchen and experience
- Can do attitude & team player
- Confidence to run a section
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
- Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
