They are expanding their team and are looking for an Experienced Fire Alarm Installer & Commissioning Engineer to work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects across the Southern UK.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys problem-solving on-site.Please note: You must be willing and able to work regular overtime, some weekends, and occasional stay-away assignments.What's in it for you? Proven experience installing and commissioning fire alarm systems, including analogue addressable systemsStrong working knowledge of BS 5839 Part 1 & Part 6Experience in both commercial and residential environmentsConfident in fault-finding, diagnostics, and system maintenanceAble to work independently and as part of a teamECS Fire Alarm Technical CardFull UK driving licence What will your role look like? You'll be responsible for: Installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining fire alarm systems, including analogue addressable systemsCarrying out fault-finding, diagnostics, and system troubleshootingEnsuring all work complies with BS 5839 Parts 1 & 6 and current fire safety standardsCompleting accurate commissioning certificates, service reports, and site documentationProviding technical advice and guidance to clientsLiaising with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project deliveryKeeping up to date with industry standards, legislation, and best practices What's next?
