Experienced HGV Class 2 Skip and RORO drivers

As we are coming into our busiest period we are looking for class 2 skip drivers and RORO Drivers to join our team on a permanent basis!

Green Box Recycling Kent Ltd are expanding our workforce to incorporate another skip driver, with brand new Lorries due to enter our fleet soon. We are fast growing company with a fleet of over 30 vehicles ranging of Artics, RoRos and Skip lorries. Our drivers are key to our business in ensuring our customers’ expectations are met and we provide a professional, efficient and well regarded service.

Salary includes performance bonuses in the form of an attendance, damage and vehicle cleanliness bonus.

*Key Responsibilities*

* To always be in a position to legally undertake their driving duties
* To ensure legal requirements for drivers hours and working time regulations are complied with
* To ensure their vehicle is roadworthy before and during use.
* To maintain communication with the transport office regarding progress of daily work.
* To complete all relevant paperwork correctly.
* To report any incidents and accidents immediately to the transport office.
* To always ensure that work is carried out in a responsible and safe manner with no detriment to the Company or its Customers

*The Successful Candidates will:*

* Have a class 2 CPC card and digi-card
* Have previous experience in the Skip hire industry
* Experience of the waste management or construction industry essential.
* Attention to detail
* Be a team player with good communication and customer service skills
