Role Description


This is a full-time, hybrid (4 days in the office per week) role for an Experienced Office and HR Manager based in London (London Bridge Area).


The role involves managing daily office operations, overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Responsibilities also include coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff development initiatives, and facilitating a positive, efficient workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in HR management, functions and operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance;
  • Office management skills, including planning, organization, KYC/AML, client management, client onboarding and overseeing administrative tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing staff and fostering a positive workplace culture;
  • Proficiency in using HR and office management software tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Experience in policy development and implementation;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Experience with SMEs or fast-paced organizations is a plus;
  • Experience in professional services firm (legal or accounting) preferred;
