About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students in the classroom and during learning activities. You’ll play a key role in helping learners develop independence, engage with their studies and succeed in a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will be working with students who may have a variety of learning needs, so patience, empathy and strong communication skills are essential.

Passionate about supporting young people with additional learning needs Patient, positive, and encouraging Able to build strong relationships with students and staff Committed to helping learners achieve their full potential Essential requirements:
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Experience working with young people or young adults with learning difficulties
