Salary - £23,000 - £25,000, OTE £35,000

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 on rota - 9am - 4pm

Driver & Own car required

Our client is an independent Estate Agency with offices in Hertfordshire; they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Hatfield. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career with a great agent.

Candidates will be well presented, dynamic, self-motivated and someone who can always provide a great service.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate and close sales, look for ways to optimise every single opportunity and be determined to succeed at this high level!

Job specification:

* Carry out accompanied viewings

* Generate viewings from portal leads

* Property inspections

* Liaise with landlords and tenants

* Arrange agreed maintenance

* Deal with end of tenancy dilapidations/checkouts

* Arrange required property safety certificates

* General Admin duties

* Qualify applicants pre referencing

* Assist with marketing and new business

Requirements:

* Must have own car insured for business use

* Good computer skills

* Good customer service skills

* Smart dress code
